Our pricing is simple, honest and transparent to meet your agency’s needs.
No set up fees. No fees for the mobile app. Pricing is based on the number of people using the Carer Companion mobile app i.e. the price is per carer per month with no extras for office users, additional features or customer support.

No hidden costs
We do not charge additional fees for the use of the management portal by office and admin staff. Every care co-ordinator and office manager can have their own login with no restrictions.
Care Circle portal
Access to the Care Circle portal for family and friends is free for all customers.

We do not charge by modules or feature set. For a flat fee, you get access to all features and functionality within the system – including any new updates or features.
