The 2023 Building Better Healthcare Awards celebrate achievements in the built healthcare environment, and recognise innovation across the healthcare sector. From major new hospital developments, to technology that helps patients self manage their medical conditions, and impressive arts projects which are helping to humanise hospital environments.
CareLineLive was recognised within the technology class as the winner of the Healthcare Software – Process or Admin Centred category. This category highlights how the software product designed specifically for use by health and social care staff, helps to improve processes and bring about operational efficiencies.
Our software was awarded for its ability to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. The platform continues to support home care agencies to efficiently create and manage rosters, monitor visits and caregiver tasks, ensuring that service users receive the required support at the right time. Our innovative approach has improved the lives of both caregivers and care recipients, enhancing care quality, fostering meaningful connections, and promoting overall well being.
Our award application showcased the work of our partnership with the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust in Belfast. Implementation of our software has led to improvements for both carers and patients; with 87% users reporting better service delivery. Read more in our case study.
