CareLineLive is making substantial investment to align our software with the upcoming Support at Home framework and the new Aged Care Act, both scheduled to be launched in November 2025.

Growing our Australian team to meet provider and service user needs

We are investing in talent to bolster our Australian operations. Our dedicated development team now includes Tom Murphy (Product Manager), Hasan Rayan (APAC Engineering Manager) joining Elena Neale (Australian Regional Manager), plus additional developers including full stack engineers, back and front end developers.

With deep local insight and sector expertise, our growing team is fully aligned with the specific needs of the Australian aged care market.

Significant investment to accelerate global growth

We have recently secured a major investment from Accel-KKR, a leading tech-focused investment firm. Specialising in enterprise software and tech-enabled businesses, Accel-KKR cited CareLineLive’s innovative technology and strong customer-centric approach as key reasons for their decision.
